We hope that this Nurses Week (and every other week during the year), you really take the time to treat yo’self. In this vein, we’re bringing you five amazing, very treat yo’self worthy event experiences that we know you’re going to love.
We're making Mindfulness Mondays a thing! We'll start the week off by surrendering our minds and bodies with a restorative yoga and meditation session guided by Recie Munson, RN, BSN, CCRN, RYT-200. When she's not saving lives you can find her leading people to inner healing with mindful movement. This event is for all yoga and meditation levels from beginners to experts, so relax and meet us on your mat. 🧘🏽
